เลือกเมนู E-Mail Accounts ที่อยู่บน Cpanel

ให้ทำการสร้างอีเมล์ใหม่โดยในที่นี้จะสร้าง Email ว่า [email protected]

ตอนนี้เราได้ Email Account ขึ้นมา 1 รายการแล้ว [email protected]

ข้อมูลสำหรับ POP และ SMTP

Username : [email protected]
Password : password
Pop3 Server : mail.thaicreate.com
Smtp Server : mail.thaicreate.com

การรับ-ส่งอีเมล์ผ่าน Webmail สามารถคลิกได้จากเมนู Webmail

หลังจากที่ได้ Email Account แล้วเราสามารถใช้งาน Email นั้นได้ทันที ด้วยการคลิกที่ Webmail หรือจะเข้าผ่าน URL ของ /webmail

เช่น http://thaicreate.com/webmail

Login ด้วย Email Account และ Password

จากนั้นจะแสดงรายการ Webmail ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีอยู่ 3 ตัว และใน Webmail นี้จะมี คุณสมบัติที่ผู้ใช้งาน Email สามารถกำหนดค่าได้เอง อย่างเช้น Forward , Autoresponding และอื่น ๆ

ตัวอย่าง Webmail ไว้สำหรับ รับ-ส่งอีเมล์

ตัวอย่างการใช้ Email Account ของ Cpanel กับโปรแกรม Outlook ในการใช้กับ Outlook ถ้าใครเคยใช้แล้ว คิดว่าไม่น่าจะยาก เพราะสามารถนำข้อมูลนี้ไปใช้ได้ทันที

โปรแกรม Outlook เลือก Tools -> Account Settings

เลือการเชื่อมต่อผ่าน POP

จากนั้นกรอกข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่โปรแกรมต้องการ ซึ่งได้จาาก Account ที่ได้สร้างไว้ก่อนหน้านี้

ในกรณีที่ต้องการปรับแต่งค่าเองให้เลือก Manually configure server settings

สามารถปรับแต่งค่าพวก POP/SMTP และอื่น ๆ ได้

หลังจากที่ทำการ Set ค่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว ถ้าไม่ติดปัญหาจะสามารถใช้งาน Email ได้ทันที และจะมีอีเมล์ Confirm เพื่อทดสอบรายการ 1 ฉบับ
